Zaxby`s in Winter Haven

Everything was great. There were 6 in our party. The guy at counter was very patient and helpful with us. He repeated the order to me even though I did not know what everyone had ordered. All of the food came out correct . And all the food was hot and fresh. Very happy!

Best wings in town! Definitely overpriced in my opinion, but the chicken is excellent, whether you order a salad, a sandwich, or even just chicken fingers. Obviously my favorite are the always meaty, even huge, chicken wings. And bonus points for a hot sauce that is actually 1. Very hot, and 2. Actually flavorful! As an added bonus, especially for a fast-food place, the service is always excellent and the staff really seems to care and take the extra steps to keep the restaurant clean and inviting!

Food is always good. Not sure what role "Bree" plays but she is entirely too rude to work at Zaxbys! Olivia seemed new and nervous. Salads are the best! But you can't go wrong no matter what food item you order! Food is always hot and delicious! If they make a mistake, they will correct it and usually apologize.

Bella at the drive thru window had terrible customer service skills, she kept rushing us at the order window, and was just plain rude, she would not give me the salad the way I wanted it. Should of went Chick-fil-A top notch customer service! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Quick service and good flavor but the portions aren't huge for the price.

This is the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. The people are nice enough but for the last 4 months, every time I go here they completely mess up my order. Rarely ever season the fries either.

Blue chicken salad was so good! I went back the next day for another one.

We dined in, the food was okay, fries were overly salted . Sorry but the workers are ghetto and unprofessional, kind of ruins the atmosphere, I won’t be back.

Corporate/management should be incredibly proud of their employees at this location. Great customer service is rarely a service offered when ordering from a fastfood establishment these days, but the staff at this location are ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming. The people working at this location definitely deserve recognition for exceptional customer service with a smile! Great Job Folks!!!

Good location. They have a good staff and the food is made pretty well. No complaints from me. I have only used the drive thru at this location so I’m not sure about how the inside service is but I was pleased with my visit.

Very tasty chicken . Crispy juicy. Sauce were great . Not a fan of the fries but that's just me I don't like crinkle cut. All in all very good!

Went through your drive through today & ordered a chicken sandwich meal, no lettuce or tomato. Returned to my office to find my sandwich included lettuce, tomato & BURNT chicken. The lettuce & tomato I can overlook, I can take it off. Can’t eat burnt chicken. Why would your staff put a burnt chicken breast on someone’s sandwich? Thank you for the $7.49 box of fries

My best friend and I ate here yesterday, 2-27-19 for lunch. We rarely get to go off anywhere. This was the place she chose to eat. We both had the wings & things meal. Was really good as always but somehow they must have dropped some of the Tongue Torche sauce that she got on my wings. I was burning up and filled up my sweet tea 3 times lol

The food is great. The cashier need to work out of a closet. Afraid of different color people. Never in my life had I seen suck open racism in my life. I'll take future business elsewhere. Just like Chick-fil-A. Another horrible experience. Have not seen a dime from me since....

The blue zalad is delicious. The cashier was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. The chicken was just right not fried to hard and had just the right amount of sauce coating them.

So today I went and ordered 3meals threw the drive thru one thing I would like to say is that the girl taking the order was very rude. But the girl taking my payment was such a sweetheart you need more people like her. I believe her name was Jennifer. employees like her with a smile and kind handled my problems correctly. If I order I expect to have my orders done right not giving an attitude and basically telling me what's the hold up at the window. Wish I knew the girls name no offense to anyone but she was a tall black girl thanks again .

So there is only 4 places i eat chicken from and that's Chic-Fil-A, Sonics, My house, and Zaxbys. You know they have quality chicken by the texture and taste.they sauces range from Wimpy(my favorite) to some mess that's gone have you wondering why you wanted something so hot. The prices is fair and their fries are very good. I love the bread that comes with the meal I order and my son always steals my celery sticks. Overall a good place to eat by yourself and with your family.

Severely overcooked grilled chicken. Had to throw it out. It was inedible!

Second time I have visited this place & they have shorted my food.

Very good Sweet Tea. Unfortunately I didn't eat but my buddies said their salads were awesome. Very clean as well.

Just at zaxbys in winter haven 7454 cypress gardens. Time was 2:47 chk 7171. The young lady had to be new # 106. I asked for no sauce, with a bbq on the side. ticket reads no sauce and my food was dripping with BBq the young girl that waited on us must have been new. We had to ask for paper towels to clean a 2 person booth, all three needed cleaning. The other girl behind the counter must of heard us ask for towels to clean the table and sent the new girl out to clean. While she was cleaning a guy came in and the girl behind the counter ask him if he had been helped and he said no. She then called across the store for the new girl to come help him. Think this place could use some management training and a good eye on the customer areas. I give this place a 2 for cleanliness and a 1 for management. If it is that dirty where you eat what's it like where they make your food.

Usually enjoy this place, but last time they seemed disorganized and slower than usual. (They're never what I would call fast.) Their Freestyle beverage machine was completely out of everything on the low/no calorie screen and half of the things on the All Beverages screen. Hope they get their act together. They are my favorite chicken place that is open Sundays.

Very good food, as chosen. Attendant was very good and knowledgeable of menu items. Quick service by all employees observed, was noted. Machine designated as "ICE", not working, and customers directed each other to the drink machine for ice. Thus same situation for getting "ICE", exists at other Zaxby's locations. Why have the machine at several stores, if it's not working? Music system was at such a high volume, it was hard for order numbers to be heard, when called.Still love the taste of Zaxby's.

Great service from the top to the bottom!! Very clean restaurant! Food was AWESOME and FAST. Located on US highway 17 north of Cypress Gardens Blvd and 17 intersection. We Thank You Zaxby’s for your service to us and our clients!

Good, fast, and prices are not bad for the quality and amount of food you get

I’m disappointed in the Serivce I received today. My Cobb salad was served with under cook chicken in it and look very distasteful to the eye. I can’t believe I was served this today. I will No longer be a customer for zaxby’s.

Chicken fingers were over salted. Otherwise OK. Nothing special.

Food is good but be prepared to pay extra than what the menu board shows. Up charges and inconsistency in following company procedures along with surprises to the customer is never good.

Great service and staff.

After school, went to get something for my son. Got home and found they had given the wrong order (hot wings) which my young son couldn’t possibly eat. Called the manager Whitney, she told us to return the wings, get the right order and she would give us a card for free wings for the inconvenience . It’s a half hour round trip. When I got there, they gave me the correct order but Whitney refused to give the card, got amnesia , got belligerent and rude. Will never return there again! Sadly, terrible customer service!

I went through drive thru and ordered a traditional wings and things and was not rung up for the correct order after mentioning more than once that I wanted a traditional wings and things. After having to come inside because the young lady was no help, I waited 15 minutes for my remake and when I asked about it they hadn’t even started making it yet. 10 more minutes pass by and they still haven’t worked on my order yet! I then asked for a refund and the manager on duty had completely no control over the shift. I waited another 15 minutes just for my refund ! Horrible! And while I’m waiting on my order a man comes in because his order was completely wrong then after him a lady brought her food back because she had a bug in it ! It was complete chaos in there and I won’t be back .

Kayla was  very personable, and greeted me with a smile!! Her and the crew are outstanding!They provided me with great customer service. From the initial order.Until I was leaving with my food.  Kayla even let me add on an additional order at the window.(Last minute of course) The  back-of-the-house was  very fast, and had the food at the window in less than 180 seconds.

First and last time. My sandwich was disgusting - the bottom bun was so soggy I couldn’t even hold the sandwich. & The fries were mush. Can’t believe how expensive this place was for food that was worse than Mc Donald’s. $25 for 2 kids meals, 2 sandwiches and a fry.
